Learn Arabic for Kids — Complete Online Curriculum
At Al-Jahiz Academy, we offer a complete Arabic language program with carefully designed levels. We teach kids online across Canada, Germany, USA, UK, and worldwide. We start with a diagnostic test to determine the right level, then place the student in a small group (1–6 students) for individual attention.
The Five Levels
Our curriculum is built on the needs of expat children or non-Arabic speakers, and we deliver it through interactive methods that encourage the child to learn and continue.
Level 1 — Foundation Skills — Age 7+
Letters, spelling, vowel marks
- Teaching Arabic letters in writing and pronunciation
- Learning long and short vowel marks
- Correct spelling of words
- Fun practical applications for each lesson
Level 2 — Spelling & Rashidi Reading — Age 7+
Rashidi Al-Fariq method, simple writing
- Spelling using the distinctive "Rashidi Al-Fariq" method
- Clear reading of words and sentences
- Developing simple writing skills
Level 3 — Advanced Reading & Writing — Age 8+
Texts, paragraphs, expression
- Reading short texts and understanding them
- Writing simple paragraphs in correct language
- Building confidence in linguistic expression
Level 4 — Arabic Grammar — Age 10+
Grammar, parsing
- Simplified introduction to grammar (verb, subject, object…)
- Training in easy parsing
- Grammar applications that help understand the language
Level 5 — Quran Sciences — Age 8+
Reading, interpretation, Tajweed
- Correct Quran reading in Rashidi style
- Simplified interpretation of verses
- Learning Tajweed rules in a smooth, interactive way
Learning Outcomes
